A message from Erika

I’m running for the GRPS Board of Education because I believe every child deserves a school system that listens, supports, and believes in their future.

Our schools are strongest when students feel seen, families feel heard, and decisions are made with transparency and care. I’m running to help strengthen trust, champion student success, and ensure our community has a voice in the future of GRPS.

I believe leadership starts with listening. It means asking thoughtful questions, staying grounded in what is best for students, and working alongside families, educators, and community members to move our district forward.

I’m asking for your support as we work together for strong schools, strong families, and a stronger Grand Rapids.
